How to Cancel Your Subscription

We hope you'll stick around, but we also respect your decision. Here's everything you need to know about canceling your Torah Live subscription.

Before you cancel

A few things that might change your mind:

Your subscription does more than you think. It doesn't just give you access to content. It helps bring Torah to life for thousands of Jewish kids around the world, from curious 5th graders in New Jersey to teens in Johannesburg searching for meaning. Your support powers a global wave of Torah learning.

Ma'aser can cover it. Torah Live subscriptions are ma'aser-eligible (per poskim). If cost is the reason you're leaving, this might be worth looking into.

Earn credit through referrals. You get $10 for every person you refer, and they get 10% off their first year. A few referrals can offset your subscription entirely.

Not using it enough? Try assigning specific courses to stay focused. You can also switch to Classic Mode for a streamlined, videos-only experience. Sometimes a smaller menu makes the whole thing click.

Something broken? Talk to us first. Our support team is made up of real people who care. Reach out through chat or email, and we'll do our best to fix it.

How to cancel

Go to your subscription settings page at torahlive.com/settings/subscription, and confirm your cancellation.

Your access stays active until the end of your current billing period. Nothing changes before then.

Refunds

If you're within 7 days of your last payment, you can request a refund through chat or email. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. After 7 days, refunds are no longer available.

Changed your mind later?

The door is always open. Your account stays on file, and you can resubscribe anytime. Everything will be right here waiting for you.
