Need to log in every time

If you're repeatedly being asked to log in to Torah Live, use this article to resolve this technical issue on your internet browser.

If Torah Live is asking you to enter a login code every single time you visit — even on the same device — your browser is likely clearing cookies between sessions. Here's how to fix it for each browser.

Chrome

  1. Open Chrome and click the three-dot menu (top right)

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Click Privacy and security, then Cookies and site data

  4. Make sure "Clear cookies and site data when you quit Chrome" is turned off

Firefox

  1. Click the menu button (top right) and go to Settings

  2. Click Privacy & Security

  3. Under Cookies and Site Data, make sure "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" is turned off

Safari

  1. Open Safari and go to Preferences (Safari menu, top left)

  2. Click the Privacy tab

  3. Make sure "Block all cookies" is unchecked

On an iPad or iPhone

  1. Go to Settings on your device

  2. Scroll down and tap Safari

  3. Make sure "Block All Cookies" is turned off

Are you using a private or incognito window?

Private browsing windows don't save cookies, so Torah Live can't keep you logged in. Switch to a regular browser window to stay logged in between visits.
