Well, the first thing is … don’t scream. That will wake your mother, and she needs her sleep.

The second thing to do is to realize that everything is going to be all right. You may not know this, but finding bugs on new (and old) websites is one of the most important things you can do. Why? The answer is that it takes a lot of thought and consideration to build a website, and despite all that work (thousands of hours!), designers and developers still miss things. Even if they don’t miss things, the things they didn’t miss sometimes don’t work the way they thought they were going to work. So, a person can click a button, and bam! … the page looks like a set of Clicks that went Clack, or a pretzel the neighbor’s dog stepped on! Eeew!

Finding a bug means that HaShem has chosen YOU to become part of our team, helping all of us make the site great. So, again, please don’t scream, … and then, report the bug as soon as you can.

Here’s how you can report it. Go to the screen where the bug is, and then v-e-r-y s-l-o-w-l-y move your mouse over to the bottom right where you’ll see the blue chat button. As you do this, don’t make any sudden moves or loud noises as you might scare the bug away!

Report an issue or bug using the Feedback widget

When you get to the blue button, click it. Up will pop a window where you can fill in the information about the bug so that we can send a team of qualified professionals over to that page, and they can get rid of the bug without anyone getting hurt! You can even include a screenshot to speed up the bug identification process. Does that sound good? Great!

And as a sign of our appreciation of your help to us, we will award you a BUG FINDER Badge.

That’s right. We are officially one of the only sites in the WORLD that gives users a chance to earn a badge for finding a bug.

And lastly, … thank you for helping us improve the site for everyone to enjoy.
