How do I change my user type from "Learner" to "Educator" or "Parent"?
When you come to your dashboard for the first time you will see this:
What if you chose (for example) "Learner" and you realized that you actually wanted to choose "Parent" or "Educator"- how can you switch back?
Not a problem!
On your dashboard - click on "Me"
And you will be able to choose a new user type:
Note: Switching to "Educator" requires an Educator plan subscription. If you're on the Family plan, you'll be prompted to upgrade.
