Torah Live has built a powerful platform for kids to do chesed. There are several RWI’s that require behind the scenes coordination to ensure that the RWI is fulfilled. For example, the “Sofer on Site” - requires Torah Live to coordinate with a sofer and make sure that he’s available etc..If your class redeemed the RWI “Sofer on Site” and the sofer sends back his available times, if the school doesn’t respond or delays the response until after the suggested dates, the RWI will be canceled.
