At Torah Live, we love that you want to share the excitement of learning Torah! To keep things fair and to support our mission of creating amazing Torah content, we limit each account to up to 3 devices used in the same household.
Why we have this limit
Each Torah Live account is designed for a single home. When accounts are shared widely, it can prevent us from continuing to develop and expand our library of engaging videos, games, and resources for families and schools around the world. Keeping your account within your home helps ensure that Torah Live stays strong and continues producing inspiring content for everyone.
How it works
You can log in on up to 3 devices (such as a laptop, tablet, or phone).
All devices should belong to family members living in the same household.
If you reach your limit, you might be asked to log out of one device before logging in on another.
To help protect our content, we use light connection checks (through Rupt) that detect when an account appears active on multiple devices simultaneously. When this happens, it’s considered a concurrency signal.
Not sure why you’re seeing a device limit message?
No worries—just email us at team@torahlive.com and include your account email address. We’ll be happy to look into it for you and get things sorted quickly.
