Buy the School plan
Buying makes you your school's admin, so use the account you'll run the school with. Each person can belong to one school portal. Already teach at another school on Torah Live? Chat with us first.
On the Pricing page, click Get the School plan.
Click Get started. Sign up, or click Log in if you have an account.
Click Continue to payment.
Pay on the secure Stripe page.
"Setting up your school portal" shows for a few seconds. Then your Dashboard opens. Welcome aboard!
Next, set up your school.
Important: Setup taking longer than usual? Don't pay again. Your payment went through. Click Try again, or click Contact support and we'll finish your setup.
"Your school already has a school portal" means you already manage one. Click Manage plan to see it.
Pay by check, bank transfer, or purchase order
Online checkout takes cards. For anything else, our schools team sets it up with you.

We turn on your School plan as soon as your payment arrives. Prefer to write? Chat with us.
Invite a family to sponsor it
Many schools ask one family to cover the year. We write the email for you, and it goes out from your own mail app.
On your Dashboard, under "For your school", click Invite a sponsor. Not on the School plan yet? Click Invite a sponsor under the price on the School plan page.
Fill in Parent's name, School name, and Head of school's name. Add Their email (optional) to address it for you.
Read the email in the preview.
Click Open in email to send it from your mail app, or Copy message to paste it anywhere.
The family replies to you, and the sponsorship stays between your school and them. Nothing is sent from Torah Live.
Manage billing
Billing lives in School settings → Billing & plan. Open it from your school's name at the top of the sidebar. Only the school admin sees it.
Renewal: your plan renews once a year, on its own, on the Renewal date shown. We email you a reminder 7 days before.
Invoices: click View invoices and download any invoice from the secure Stripe page.
Payment method: click Update payment method and add the new card on the Stripe page. If a payment is declined, Stripe emails you. See Why was my payment declined?
Cancel: click Cancel plan and confirm on the Stripe page. Billing & plan then says "Cancels at the end of the paid term", and your teachers keep teaching until then. Changed your mind? Click Resume plan before it ends.
Important: Cancelling doesn't refund your payment. Within 7 days of buying? Go to Support & extras, click Chat with us, and ask for a refund. You get 100% back, plus 10% on top for your time.
When the plan ends
Your teachers lose access to the portal and premium content. Your school, classes, and records stay, so you can buy again anytime and pick up where you left off. You're added back as a teacher too.
