How do I choose Parent or Educator on my dashboard?

Pick Parent or Educator from the Me tab on your dashboard, and choose again if you picked the wrong one.

Haven't set up your dashboard yet? The Me tab asks how you'll use Torah Live: as a Parent or as an Educator.

  1. On your dashboard, click Me.

  2. Choose Parent or Educator.

Note: Educator needs an Educator plan. If you're on the Family plan, we'll ask you to upgrade first.

Picked the wrong one?

You can choose again, as long as you haven't added family members or classes yet.

  • Picked Parent: click My Family, then Switch to learner.

  • Picked Educator: go to Students & grades in the school portal and click Switch to learner.

Then click Me and choose again.
