How do I switch from an Educator account to a Parent account?

Delete your classes, switch to learner, then choose Parent. Here's how, step by step.

You can switch your account from Educator to Parent in three steps.

Note: The educator dashboard is only available with the Educator plan. If you don't have an Educator plan anymore, switch to Parent.

Step 1: Delete your classes

  1. Go to Students & grades in the school portal and pick a class.

  2. Click ••• next to the class name, then Delete class.

  3. Click Delete class again to confirm.

  4. Do the same for every class.

Deleting a class removes its student list, so you don't need to remove your students first. They keep their Torah Live accounts.

Important: You can't switch to Parent while your account still has a class. Delete every class first.

Step 2: Switch to learner

With no classes left, Students & grades shows Switch to learner. Click it, and your dashboard opens.

Step 3: Choose Parent

On your dashboard, click Me and choose Parent.
