How can we get our students to overcome anger?

This idea came from a teacher from Philadelphia who was showing the Torah Live Anger course to his students and was trying to figure out a way for his students to connect with the ideas that were presented in the video.

Towards the end of the week, he would show one video from the Anger series and then the students would receive an "anger monitor" sheet. The students "homework" for the weekend was to monitor their anger and every time they encountered a situation that they were about to get angry they had to write down what made them get angry and what solution they came up with to overcome their anger.

When the class came back on Monday, each student had to present to the class one scenario and how they overcame their anger in that scenario.

Good luck!
