Why do I see a locked page?
A locked page tells you what the tool does and how to open it.
You're signed out: click Log in at the top of the sidebar.
Your school isn't on the School plan: click Buy school access. See The School plan.
You're not on your school's Teachers list (for Teaching kits and AI teacher prep): ask your school admin to invite you. School admins, click Go to Teachers and invite your own email.
The tool is for the school admin, like managing Teachers: ask your school admin.
The Curriculum guide is never locked, so anyone can plan with it.
